1993

  • Metro Elektrik Taah. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. was founded in Istanbul, Karaköy.
  • ABB Low Voltage Switchgear Materials dealership was obtained.
  • The first Contracting Project within Low Voltage & Medium Voltage scope was acquired.
  • Metro Electric Turkmenistan Subsidiary was established.

1999

  • Frako Capacitors Turkey Distributorship was obtained.
  • The first Contracting Project within High Voltage was acquired in Turkmenistan.
  • ABB Electricity Meters Sales Partnership was obtained, ABB Meters continued under ELSTER Meters, and Metro Electric remained as the ELSTER Meters dealership.

2001

  • Metro Electric Ankara Branch was opened.

2004

  • Er Kablo (Alcatel Cable, Nexans Cable) Low and Medium Voltage, weak current control and control cable dealership agreement was made.

2007

  • Metro Electric Ikitelli Branch was opened.

2011

  • Entes Measurement Instruments dealership agreement was made.

2012

  • Kraus & Naimer Switching Systems dealership agreement was made.

2014

  • Elektra dealership agreement was made.

2016

  • General Electric dealership agreement was made.

2017

  • Socomec dealership agreement was made.

2018

  • Phoenix Contact dealership agreement was made on the 25th Anniversary.

2019

  • A Contracting Project agreement was made with Rönesans within the scope of High Voltage.

2021

  • Chint dealership agreement was made.

2023

  • Metro Electric celebrated its 30th anniversary.

2024

  • Weg Electric Drive products dealership agreement was made.
