Kutup say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blok kontakt\u00f6rler genellikle 3 kutuplu veya 4 kutuplu olarak \u00fcretilirler. (\u00d6zel tipteki tesisat veya bara tipi kontakt\u00f6rler haricinde) Y\u00fck\u00fcn faz say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re kontakt\u00f6r se\u00e7ilir. E\u011fer n\u00f6tr kesmeli bir kontakt\u00f6r isteniyorsa tercih 4 kutuplu kontakt\u00f6r olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Tek fazl\u0131 bir y\u00fck\u00fc kontakt\u00f6r ile besleyeceksek uygun ak\u0131mda \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc belirledikten sonra kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn daha uzun \u00f6m\u00fcrl\u00fc olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ana kontaklar\u0131n 3 veya 4 faz\u0131n\u0131 da enerji dola\u015ft\u0131racak \u015fekilde besleme yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Ana kontaklardan ge\u00e7irilecek g\u00fc\u00e7 (kW) ve ak\u0131m (Ie)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kullan\u0131lacak y\u00fck\u00fcn ak\u0131m\u0131na veya g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00f6re uygun kontakt\u00f6r belirlenmelidir. E\u011fer y\u00fck\u00fcn ak\u0131m\u0131 kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn ta\u015f\u0131yabilece\u011fi ak\u0131m\u0131ndan b\u00fcy\u00fckse kontakt\u00f6r zamanla a\u015f\u0131nacak ve kontaklar\u0131 yap\u0131\u015facakt\u0131r. Bu durum da y\u00fck i\u00e7in tehlikeli sonu\u00e7lar do\u011furacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Bobin gerilimi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bobine uygulanan kumanda gerilimidir. Ana kontaklar\u0131n besleme gerilimiyle kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmamal\u0131d\u0131r. Ana kontaklar\u0131n beslemesi ile bobin beslemesi birbirinden farkl\u0131 olabilir. (\u00d6rne\u011fin: Ana kontaklar 400 VAC, bobin beslemesi 24 VDC) Bobin enerjilendi\u011finde olu\u015fan manyetik alan ana kontaklar\u0131n konumunu de\u011fi\u015ftirir. Uygulama (Kullan\u0131m kategorileri)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y\u00fck\u00fcn karakteristi\u011fi kontakt\u00f6r se\u00e7iminde olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. Kontakt\u00f6rlerin kullan\u0131m kategorileri IEC 60947-4-1 standard\u0131nda verilmi\u015ftir. \u00d6ncelikle kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn hangi uygulamada kullan\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 bilinmeli ve bu y\u00fck\u00fcn \u00f6zelliklerine g\u00f6re uygun kontakt\u00f6r belirlenmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin motor devreleri kalk\u0131\u015f an\u0131nda demeraj ak\u0131m\u0131 \u00e7ekti\u011finden kontakt\u00f6r, kapama s\u0131ras\u0131nda nominal ak\u0131m\u0131n katlar\u0131 \u015feklinde olu\u015fan ak\u0131mlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131mak zorundad\u0131r. Bu nedenle asenkron motor anahtarlamas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lacak bir kontakt\u00f6r AC-3 ak\u0131m s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na g\u00f6re se\u00e7ilmelidir. Dahili yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontak say\u0131s\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontakt\u00f6rlerin \u00fczerinde kontakt\u00f6r ana kontaklar\u0131yla beraber senkronize \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan dahili yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontaklar bulunur. Bu kontaklar kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn ana kontaklar\u0131n\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k ya da kapal\u0131 bilgisinin al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flar. Bu yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontaklar 1NA, 1NK, 1NA+1NK&#8230;vs.. \u015feklinde kontakt\u00f6rler \u00fczerinde dahili olarak bulunabilir. Projenin ihtiyac\u0131na g\u00f6re uygun yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontakl\u0131 kontakt\u00f6r belirlenmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontaklar harici olarak da kontakt\u00f6r \u00fczerine tak\u0131labilir. Burada da dikkat edilecek husus bir kontakt\u00f6r \u00fczerine veya yan\u0131na maksimum ka\u00e7 adet yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontak eklenebilece\u011fidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Aksesuar se\u00e7ene\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aksesuarlar sadece yard\u0131mc\u0131 kontak ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. \u0130htiyaca g\u00f6re mekanik kilit, zaman r\u00f6lesi, varist\u00f6r, terminal koruyucu, terminal geni\u015fletici, ba\u011flant\u0131 baralar\u0131..vs.. gibi aksesuarlar da mevcuttur. \u00dcr\u00fcne ne kadar fazla aksesuar eklenebilirse kullan\u0131c\u0131 bir o kadar fazla opsiyon sahibi olur ve \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kabiliyeti o derece artt\u0131r\u0131labilir. Kullan\u0131lacak aksesuarlar\u0131n se\u00e7ilen kontakt\u00f6rle uyumlu olmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. Boyut<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015ealt malzemelerin boyutlar\u0131 g\u00fcnden g\u00fcne kompakt hale getirilmektedir. Bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn boyutu kablo giri\u015finde s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ya\u015fanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde ne kadar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck olursa kullan\u0131c\u0131 i\u00e7in o kadar iyidir. \u00dcr\u00fcn\u00fcn boyutu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcld\u00fck\u00e7e kullan\u0131lan panonun boyutlar\u0131 k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fclecek ve kablo, kablo kanal\u0131 gibi sarf malzemenin uzunluklar\u0131 da azalacakt\u0131r. Taban sac\u0131 montajl\u0131 modellerde ise montaj ve kablo ba\u011flant\u0131s\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda vidalar \u00fcr\u00fcn \u00fczerinde belirtilen tork de\u011ferlerine g\u00f6re s\u0131k\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. Aksi halde \u00fcr\u00fcnler garanti kapsam\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Ayr\u0131ca kontakt\u00f6rlerin kataloglar\u0131nda hangi montaj a\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131yla panoya yerle\u015ftirilece\u011fi bilgileri bulunmaktad\u0131r. E\u011fer 90\u00b0C, ba\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ya da ba\u015f yukar\u0131 montaj yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyorsa tasar\u0131m s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn bu montaj \u015fekillerine uygunlu\u011fu kontrol edilmelidir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9. Ba\u011flant\u0131 tipi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontakt\u00f6rler ba\u011flant\u0131 tiplerine g\u00f6re vidal\u0131 ve yayl\u0131 olarak \u00fcretilebilirler. Kablo giri\u015fi s\u0131ras\u0131nda vidal\u0131 modelleri tornavida ile s\u0131kmak, yayl\u0131 modelleri ise yayl\u0131 klemenslerde oldu\u011fu gibi s\u0131kmadan montaj yapabilmek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olur. E\u011fer seri \u00fcretim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyor ve montaj s\u00fcresi kritik \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yorsa yayl\u0131 modeller tercih edilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. DC\u2019de kullan\u0131m<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Normalde ana kontaklar\u0131 AC besleme yap\u0131labilen bir kontakt\u00f6r belli bir gerilime kadar DC\u2019de de beslenebilir. (kontakt\u00f6r tipine ve markaya g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fkenlik g\u00f6sterebilir) Ana kontaklar DC ile beslenecekse kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn hangi montaj \u015feklinde, istenen gerilimde, ka\u00e7 amper DC\u2019yi ta\u015f\u0131yabilece\u011fi kataloglar\u0131ndan kontrol edilmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin AF09 kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn bir konta\u011f\u0131ndan DC-1 kullan\u0131m kategorisinde 72VDC\u2019de 10A ge\u00e7irilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11. Standartlar ve sertifikalar<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontakt\u00f6rlerin hangi standartlar\u0131 sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve hangi sertifikalara sahip oldu\u011fu olduk\u00e7a \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6zellikle UL standard\u0131na uyumlu bir kontakt\u00f6r farkl\u0131 teknik \u00f6zelliklere sahip olabilir. Bir \u00fcr\u00fcn hem IEC hem de UL standartlar\u0131na da sahip olabilir. UL\u2019de teknik \u00f6zellikler ve nominal de\u011ferler IEC\u2019ye g\u00f6re olduk\u00e7a farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilir. Global ve lokal sertifikalara sahip bir kontakt\u00f6r serisi de ithalat-ihracat operasyonlar\u0131n\u0131zda i\u015flerinizi kolayla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. Nominal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerilimi (Ue), Delinme Gerilimi (Ui), Darbe Gerilimi (Uimp)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma gerilimi kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn nominalde maksimum ka\u00e7 voltta beslenebilece\u011fini g\u00f6sterir. 3 faz uygulamada faz-faz aras\u0131 gerilimdir. Delinme gerilimi dielektrik tesler ve ka\u00e7ak mesafesi i\u00e7in referans bir gerilimdir. Darbe gerilimi ise k\u0131sa s\u00fcreli darbelere bozulmadan dayanabilecek maksimum gerilim de\u011ferini g\u00f6sterir. Kontakt\u00f6r tipine g\u00f6re bu de\u011ferler fakl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterebilmektedir. \u00dcretici kataloglar\u0131nda bu de\u011ferler belirtilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13. K\u0131sa devre dayan\u0131m kapasitesi (Icw)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Belli bir ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, kontaklar kapal\u0131 ve so\u011fuk durumdayken herhangi bir k\u0131sa devre olu\u015fmas\u0131 durumunda kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn kontaklar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131sa devrenin s\u00fcresine g\u00f6re maksimum ka\u00e7 amperi ta\u015f\u0131yabilece\u011fini g\u00f6steren de\u011ferdir.\u00d6rne\u011fin 40\u00b0C ortam s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ABB AF12 kontakt\u00f6r 1sn. boyunca 300A\u2019e, 10sn. boyunca da 150A\u2019e dayanabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>14. Kutuplardaki \u0131s\u0131 yay\u0131l\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominal \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmada ana kontaklar\u0131n tek birinden yay\u0131lan \u0131s\u0131n\u0131n watt cinsinden de\u011feridir. So\u011futma ve havaland\u0131rma hesaplar\u0131 yap\u0131l\u0131rken bu de\u011ferlere g\u00f6z at\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekebilir. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15. Elektriksel a\u00e7ma kapama d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontakt\u00f6r d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc kontaklar\u0131n bir kapama ve bir a\u00e7ma i\u015flemi demektir. Kontakt\u00f6rler \u00fczerinden ak\u0131m ge\u00e7tik\u00e7e \u0131s\u0131naca\u011f\u0131ndan saatte yapaca\u011f\u0131 a\u00e7ma kapama say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n belli bir s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bu de\u011ferin \u00fczerindeki a\u00e7ma kapamalar kontakt\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc k\u0131salt\u0131r ve ar\u0131zalanmas\u0131na sebep olur. \u00d6rne\u011fin ABB AF16 kontakt\u00f6r AC-3 uygulamada saatte 1200 \u00e7ek-b\u0131rak yapabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>16. Bu de\u011ferlerin g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmas\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>17. Maksimum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcksekli\u011fi<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Maksimum \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma y\u00fcksekli\u011fine kadar kontakt\u00f6rler herhangi bir g\u00fc\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne u\u011framadan katalog de\u011ferlerini sa\u011flarlar. Enerjisiz halde yapabilece\u011fi kapama-a\u00e7ma d\u00f6ng\u00fcs\u00fc say\u0131s\u0131na da mekanik \u00f6m\u00fcr denir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>19. \u015eok dayan\u0131m\u0131 ve titre\u015fim dayan\u0131m\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eok dayan\u0131m\u0131 ara\u00e7lar, vin\u00e7ler, gemi i\u00e7i uygulamalar, plug-in ekipmanlar i\u00e7in belirlenmi\u015f bir de\u011ferdir. Belirtilen \u201cg\u201d de\u011ferlerini kontaklar konum de\u011fi\u015ftirmeden ta\u015f\u0131yor olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bobin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma limitleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominal kontrol besleme geriliminin \u00fcst ve alt s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bir bobinin tan\u0131mlanan s\u0131cakl\u0131kta katalog de\u011ferinde verilen gerilim de\u011ferinin belli \u00fcst ve alt tolerans de\u011ferleri vard\u0131r. Bu de\u011ferler aras\u0131nda bobin enerjilendirilirse kontakt\u00f6r mutlaka \u00e7ekmelidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin normalde 100..250 VAC\/DC \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bir AF kontakt\u00f6r 60\u00b0C\u2019de 0.85 x Uc min&#8230;1.1 x Uc max toleransa sahiptir. Bu da demek oluyor ki 85V&#8230;275V aras\u0131 bir herhangi bir kumanda gerilimi uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kontaklar \u00e7ekecektir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>21. Bobin t\u00fcketim de\u011ferleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bobinler \u00e7ekme an\u0131nda ve tutma an\u0131nda enerji t\u00fcketirler. Bu t\u00fcketilen enerji ne kadar az olursa enerji tasarrufu yapmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. Hatta \u00e7ekme ve tutma an\u0131ndaki t\u00fcketimleri yeterince d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck olursa PLC outputundan kontakt\u00f6r\u00fc herhangi bir PLC r\u00f6le kullanmadan direkt \u00e7ektirmek bile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olabilir. AFZ serisi kontakt\u00f6rler bu tiptedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>22. \u00c7ekme s\u00fcreleri<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bobin enerjilendikten sonra kontaklar tam kapanana kadar ge\u00e7en s\u00fcredir. Bu s\u00fcrenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011funca k\u0131sa olmas\u0131 tercih edilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kontakt\u00f6rler kendi ba\u015flar\u0131na koruma yapan elemanlar olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ak\u0131m korumas\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan devre kesici, sigorta gibi elemanlar\u0131n do\u011fru ayarlanmamas\u0131 da ana kontaklar\u0131n ve bobininin zarar g\u00f6rmesine sebebiyet verecektir. Bir devrede kullan\u0131lan t\u00fcm ekipmanlar birbiri ile koordineli \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.
